You can print any and all the pages of any part of the system you want. It's sooooo easy!! I realized half way through my first year that for the time I spent writing in grades in my paper-record book, I could have already entered them into my school's computer grade book, which is required anyway. I have one day every week that I reserve for entering grades and once I'm finished I print my gradesheets. I have no need for a paper-based grade book. I guess some might say that's a waste of paper, but like I said, I print once per week and it keeps my sanity.
