I take these buses all the time, and while the drivers are perfectly nice people, their managers seem completely incapable of communicating things like 'there's a detour' - I've seen drivers stop in the road to yell at a driver coming the other way to find out where they were supposed to be going. They will also put their foot down in ways that are quite alarming when they're running late. This does not make me feel good about my commute:( ETA: their official twitter channels is tweeting that the bus wasn't in service and there were no passengers, which apparently makes this all fine?!
